Virginia Beach, VA Hi all, Selling my 2001 Camaro SuperSport here. This car is in PRISTINE condition for the year and mileage. Garage kept, thoroughly serviced, never wrecked, recent tune-up and full detail inside and out. Owned by an enthusiast and never mistreated. 90% of the miles are highway miles on I-85 between Virginia Beach and Atlanta. When I bought the car I lived in Atlanta and worked in Virginia Beach so the car was basically driven on the interstate for the entirety of the time I owned it. About the car's performance: The Camaro is a SuperSport which includes the FUNCTIONAL forced-air induction hood scoop; 5.7 liter LS1 engine, the same engine used in the 97-04 Corvettes; 6 speed manual transmission; dual exhaust with quad tips; 17" SS chrome wheels; and a tuned suspension. The car is factory rated at 325hp and 345 lb-ft of torque @ around 5000rpm. The car will accelerate from a standstill to 60mph in 5.3 seconds and consistently produce a mid-13 second 1/4 mile run at 106mph. The car has great exhaust tone and a relatively smooth ride with great handling. About the car's exterior: The car is painted GM color Pewter Metallic with a glossy black top. The car is equipped with tee-tops, front fog lamps, and a rear spoiler. SS emblems are located on every side of the car. About the car's interior: The car has every factory option available in 2001. The seats are tan leather in near perfect condition, with tan upholstery, and black dash and console. It has the Monsoon stereo (used before Bose was introduced), 12 disc changer, all power options (seats, mirrors, windows, and locks), audio controls on the steering wheel, and every interior option works as it did when it was new. The car looks brand new from the inside and out. The car has 114,000 miles on t!he odometer but has received full synthetic oil changes and mostly been driven on the interstate. Don't let the odometer fool you, if you had to guess the mileage based on the condition of the car I would say around 25-30,000. As pictured, the tires are relatively new and won't need attention for quite a while. The car also has brand new plugs and wires, and a full inside-out detail job. The car also includes the factory spare tire, never used. Original manual still in the glove compartment. Nothing has been added or removed from this vehicle! It is just like it was the day it was purchased! This car gets a lot of interest from collectors everywhere I go. The only flaws on this car are some tiny rock chips on the front bumper cover from driving on the interstate, easily fixed with some touch-up paint, and some very tiny paint bubbles (maybe 4-5 bubbles, no bigger than a tic-tac) that probably would never be noticed had someone not pointed it out. That is nothing to complain about for a 2001! This car virtually looks new! The only reason I am selling this car is because I just purchased a C6 Corvette and don't have room for the Camaro in the garage. The car will be missed!
