You are
bidding on a near-MINT condition highly collectible 2002 Chevrolet Camaro
SS with SLP package. This is the 35th Anniversary Edition Camaro. This Camaro is factory stocked with options including sporty T-Tops. The original
purchase price of $32,587.58 included this list of options. 8 cyl., 5.7 L., 350 h.p. engine, Automatic transmission, remote keyless entry, bucket seats, Leather interior, Dual air bags, Anti-theft alarm, Air conditioning, Tilt wheel, Cruise control, Daytime running lights, Fog lights, AM/FM stereo w/Monsoon sound system, Power Steering, Power Seats, Power Mirrors, Power Windows, Power Locks, Rear Window defroster, Tinted Glass. After factory additions include multidisc CD changer & various SS paraphernalia, i.e., floor & hatch deck matts with SS logos and chrome rims with locking nuts. 2 years ago we put 2 brand new tires on the car that have seen less than 1,000 miles of use. This car was purchased
new from the dealer by our father and was turned over to us after a medical condition left him unable to drive. We have had routine maintenance performed and there are no known issues
with the engine other than routine oil and filter changes. The miles on
this car are a result of several long highway trips to warm weather and
to and from work in good weather by our father. We have owned the car the last 3 years, and have driven only a few thousand miles during the warm months. We say near-mint because of the following issues. The driver's seat leather has a strip of color rubbed off from where our father would get in and out of the car. The worn leather is approximately 5" long with an eraser head size hole in the leather (tried to show in 7th picture). There is also 2 small (1/8") smudges on the rear passenger! side paint (tried to show in 9th picture). Probably can be buffed out. The factory installed speakers appear to be crackling. We've read online that this is common for the Monsoon system and that most owners had to replace the factory speakers shortly after. Apparently, the speakers were not made to handle the strength of the Monsoon. They are fine if you don't like bass. These are the only 3 known issues. We are parting with this beauty because
we need to purchase a car that we can drive during the Michigan winters. This car deserves to be driven year round, not just a few months a year. The new Camaros are great but
there is nothing like the original series ending coupe! This
is an outstanding collectible car at an outstanding price and is a HUGE
bargain for the low miles! Email us with questions? Do not wait to submit an offer this is truly one of a kind and a once in a lifetime deal !!!!The buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping and all costs related to title transfer & sales tax. Full payment is required within 7 days of auction close. |
