Gouverneur, NY, United States 1996 Camaro SS. Limited edition by SLP Engineering, RPO R7T, number 1338 out of only 2,263 produced. White with dark gray leather interior. Factory installed CD stereo and all the power options. Un-restored and original. Only 35,424 one-owner miles. Special Featurtes: 5.7L 305 hp LT-1, 4-speed automatic transmission, 1LE suspension. Functional Ram-Air Hood, Corvette-style ZR-1 wheels. red SS emblems, glass tops, SLP key tags with the cars' individual production number. These SLP SS cars were produced only 1 year, and represented the return of the SS after a 24 year absence. Later SS Camaros were built in-house by Chevrolet. I purchased this car from the original owner, who sold it because of health reasons. I have put very few miles on it and pamper it like the collector car it is. The reserve has been set at a very reasonable starting point. I prefer a cash sale, but would consider trading for a nice clean 2nd generation Camaro between the years 1970 and 1973. Winning bidder will be required to make a $500 non-refunable deposit by certified funds or money order within 1 week of the close of the auction.
